You want to stay up-to-date with your student’s schedule. That’s why Eventlink makes it easy to get all the details you need, without getting the information you don’t. Eventlink gives you access to every calendar and schedule, including practice schedules that GCA creates. Subscribe only to the ones you want, and ignore the ones you don’t.

ADD MULTIPLE CALENDARS

Have children in different schools? No problem. Eventlink is ised by almost evry school corporation in central Indiana. Subscribe to any school and view every calendar they create along with your GCA calendar.

RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS

Get daily reminders about the calendars you subscribe to. Notifications are delivered straight to your phone or email. Be the first to know about any changes. You can even receive text alerts when games and practices are cancelled. 

SYNC & EXPORT CALENDARS

Take your calendars on the go by exporting them to your iCal, Google+ or Outlook calendars. They update automatically, directly from the school – so you don’t have rely on word-of-mouth, group texts or email chains.
