Get a sports physical for the 2017-2018 school year for your incoming 5th -12th grade athlete.
Physicals are  performed by Franciscan St. Francis Sports Medicine. 

Location: GCA gym
Cost: $20 (cash or check payable to GCA at arrival time)

• Every GCA athlete who plans on participating in a sport at GCA for the 2017-2018 school year will want to take advantage of this opportunity!
• Completed and signed physicals are required before an athlete can participate in a practice or conditioning (including summer open gym, open field, weight lifting, etc).
• All current sports physicals expire on May 31, 2017 or as soon as this 2016-2017 season is over.
